Daily Didactic
Today was Brian's buddy Michael's birthday. In spite of that, we didn't manage to get up until 11:30. We are not sure how much earlier they were up, but breakfast was still in full swing and it was a beautifully clear and sunny Sunday morning. An hour or so later Michael's folks showed up and presents and good wishes were presented. Shortly after, we headed to Fay Bainbridge Park for an afternoon walk on the beach. It was simply a really great day. In the early evening, we caught a ferry over to Seattle and had the most amazing steak dinners we've ever had at El Gauchos. It was ridiculously good. We made it home a little before midnight and called it a day, in order to catch a 9:30 ferry for home in the morning.
